Well we arrived at Sin City to be greeted by poker machines at the airport and 40 degree heat!. After a day at the DMV (where we sure they were saying "we are now herding" rather than "we are now serving") we have a car that we can sleep in with fabulous Nevada plates. In between sorting out the car, phone, tyres we travelled up to the 107th floor of the stratosphere tower to take in the bright lights of this big city and are probably the only people in Las Vegas who have not played the "slot machines". We are, however, aiming for the international travel record for time spent in Walmart. With camping gear and a new GPS (halleluiah) we will be hitting the road on Thursday towards the Grand Canyon.
